Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2026
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or generating practice papers through JZunto ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use the platform.
2. Eligibility, Account Security & Third-Party Authentication
The platform is intended for students, researchers, and educators pursuing or supporting the Master of Computer Applications curriculum. When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete registration information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password, authentication tokens, and credentials.
Google Sign-In & Federated Authentication
JZunto offers Sign in with Google and Sign up with Google as an optional, secure authentication mechanism for eligible student accounts. By choosing to authenticate via Google:
- You acknowledge that authentication depends upon third-party services provided by Google LLC. JZunto is not responsible for the availability, security policies, or operational disruptions of Google's infrastructure.
- You remain solely responsible for safeguarding the credentials and security of your personal or institutional Google Account.
- Google Sign-In is strictly limited to non-administrative student accounts. Administrative roles cannot be provisioned, accessed, or authenticated via third-party identity providers.
- Account Recovery: If third-party Google authentication becomes temporarily unavailable or if you lose access to your Google Account, you can establish or use an account password via the JZunto "Forgot Password" reset workflow to maintain access to your practice history.
3. Fair Use & Generation Limits
JZunto provides simulated question paper generation to support self-study. To maintain server stability and prevent abuse:
- Each user account is governed by overall and subject-level generation quotas configured by administrators.
- You agree not to use automated scripts, bots, spiders, or scrapers to extract question banks, mass-generate exams, or overload platform infrastructure.
- Any account detected carrying out automated abuse, credential selling, or denial of service attacks will be suspended immediately without notice.
4. Intellectual Property
The platform codebase, unique layout designs, pedagogical structure algorithms, and custom software interfaces are the proprietary property of JZunto. Question paper templates and generated model answers are licensed for personal, non-commercial educational study only. You may not resell or republish generated materials for commercial gain.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. JZunto does not guarantee that practice materials will guarantee specific marks on university examinations or that the platform will operate error-free or uninterrupted.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal disputes arising out of the use of JZunto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
